Ministry Skills courses are Christian Leaders Institute courses that are designed for Christian Leaders Alliance programs. These courses DO NOT give credit at the Christian Leaders College.

Professor Kristina Lynn has spent over twenty years developing a matchmaking ministry approach. This one-credit specialization ministry class is designed for those interesting in pursuing matchmaking as part of their ministry.
Officiant Ministry skills are the ministry essential skills that clergy need. Whether you are the volunteer, part-time, or career ministry lane, this two-credit course will teach you ministry skills in the following areas:
- Baptisms and Dedications
- The Lord’s Supper
- Professions of Faith
- Confessions of Sin
- Forgiveness Prayers and Ceremonies
- Anointing Ceremonies
- Care Facilities Visits
- Spiritual Warfare
- Master of Ceremony
The only essential ministry skill not covered in this course is the Wedding Officiant Skill which are covered in another course.
Please note that this class does NOT give College credit; it gives 2 credits at the Institute.
This Christian Wedding Officiant Skills class is a one-credit class that gives you the skills needed to officiate a wedding. Included in the training are some teachings about the meaning of marriage from the Christian worldview perspective.
After you complete the Christian Wedding Officiant Training Skill portion of this course you are welcome to become licensed with the Christian Leaders Alliance after you receive one recommendation.
This clergy status is ideal for someone who is seeking the ability to conduct a wedding as a licensed wedding officiant. (Please note that this class does NOT transfer into the Christian Leaders College Degree program. This class is a skills class for an official license to perform a wedding ceremony).
