Student Services Support - Help Desk

There is a wonderful feature on your My Home/Dashboard page under the My Credentials section. You will see a rectangular box with the following tabs: Institute, Alliance, and College. This is your Guidance and Credential Panel, and it will serve as your Guidance Counselor so you know what courses to take next for the credential you are wanting to earn.

Click on the main tab of interest to you and a list of some of the possible credentials will appear as well as sub-tabs to further credential options. Any credentials that you have not yet completed will be in gray text and any that you have completed will be in black text. If you click on the gray text, a pop down window will appear showing you which courses and how many credit hours you need to complete in order to earn that specific credential.
