Student Services Support - Help Desk

Our policy allows you to retake a test only once for each course and this is only in the event of technical failure. If your internet connection was interrupted or you had some other kind of network failure you are allowed to retake one test in your course. All you have to do is inform help desk through email, than we will investigate the issue and see if we can grant your request. Keep in mind that you are still allowed to contest questions if you feel they are incorrect and your lowest grade will still be dropped from your average which will help to improve your overall score (in most full-length courses).
